Equal project aimed to fight racism and discrimination in the access to the work market. The program is to last three years and training courses for immigrants (first year), citizens and employers (second and third year) are foreseen. After the end of the courses participants will take part on training programs.
Progetto Equal volto a combattare razzismo e discriminazioni nell’accesso al mercato del lavoro. Si articola su tre anni e prevede corsi di formazione per migranti (primo anno), cittadini e imprenditori (secondo e terzo anno). Al termine dei corsi sono previsti stages aziendali.
